Hotels are aplenty in the Atlanta area, and many individual rooms are still available near Piedmont Park. We were unable to secure a room block in Midtown because the Kitchen & Bath show will be in town the same weekend. We recommend checking around on the usual websites (Hotels.com, Expedia, Travelocity, etc.) for rates if you want to stay in town. I happen to know of at least one person who was able to get a rate of $65/night for a 3.5-star in Midtown using Priceline!

If you decide to try your luck with Priceline, select Midtown as the neighborhood and 3.5* rating to get the best deal.

Option 1: Group Rate at Doubletree (North)

If you’d rather go the group rate route, we’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Doubletree North Druid Hills, about 5 miles north of the park. To take advantage of our group rate, be sure to mention you’re booking for the Konouchi/Henderson wedding.

We know that part of the appeal to coming to Atlanta is to be near the action. You’ll pay a bit more to stay in hotels in town, but for some the convenience is worth the extra cost. For what it’s worth, we will be staying at the Hotel Palomar in Midtown.
